Seconded O. Banks, that minutes as read be adopted.
Financial Statement:
Moved K Plenderleith, seconded by M. Miller that financial statement be adopted.
Correspondence:
Moved G. Penfold, seconded by A. Westman that correspondence be received.
Moved by K. Plenderleith, seconded by E. Croft that the Postmaster be given authority to relay messages from the officers of the Brigade to the Advisory Council and Chambers of Commercer. (carried)
Moved by G. Penfold, seconded by L. Jones that the new 190 Gallon Tanker with pump be left with T. Chapman. (carried)
Moved by T. Chapman, seconded by E. Croft that the secretary be empowered to purchase necessary hose and fittings for the filler tank situated at Chapmans home. (carried)
Moved by W. Harrison, seconded by G. Penfold that subscription rates be fixed at 1 pound per 1000 acres, plus 5 shillings per 500 acres there after. (carried)
