Bushfire Management Committee

The Bushfire Management Committee consists of representatives from Coolamon, Junee, Lockhart, Urana & Wagga Wagga Council’s, NSW National Parks & Wildlife, State Forests NSW, NSW Fire Brigades, NSW Police, Department of Lands, Roads & Traffic Authority, Australian Rail Track Corporation, Country Energy, Livestock Health & Pest Authority, Nature Conservation Council, Local Aboriginal Lands Council, NSW Farmers Association and volunteer representatives from the NSW Rural Fire Service. The committee meets twice a year.
